Overview
An institutional site and property catalogue for a real estate agency in Córdoba, with a custom admin panel that lets the client publish properties, upload photos and videos, and manage incoming enquiries without depending on the developer.
Context
The problem
The agency handled enquiries exclusively over WhatsApp and had no web presence of its own: no browsable catalogue, no record of enquiries, and no way of appearing in Google searches. Each property was shared as loose images over chat.
The solution
A web application in two layers: a public site with an institutional landing page, background video, filterable catalogue, detail pages with a lightbox gallery and WhatsApp contact at every decision point; and a private admin panel with full property CRUD, an enquiry inbox with statuses and a list of registered users.

Properties are browsed and filtered online, with detail pages, a lightbox gallery and embedded video.
Custom admin panel
Full property CRUD with drag & drop media upload. The client publishes, edits and unpublishes without touching code.
Enquiry inbox with statuses
Enquiries stop getting lost in WhatsApp: they're recorded, with status tracking.
WhatsApp at every decision point
The channel the client already used isn't removed, it's integrated: the WhatsApp CTA appears exactly where the visitor decides.

Client autonomy as the product goal
The core requirement wasn't aesthetic but operational: that the client be autonomous. Everything that changes week to week — properties, photos, videos, enquiries — is managed from the panel, with no developer involvement.

Without presence in search, the catalogue is pointless. The site was built indexable from the first deploy.
